Summer Camp

The Middle Tennessee Council summer camp program offers Scouts a week-long camp experience where Boy Scouts can earn merit badges, learn and practice their Scouting skills, follow the Patrol method and work towards advancement while having a fun time!

The documents and forms listed below are some of the common documents that you may wish to refer to for camp.

    This is the list of merit badges offered at camp and the hours that they will be offered.

  • Web Link Additional Opportunities (Youth)

    Here are some opportunities for camp youth participants outside of the daily class schedule.

  • Web Link Additional Opportunities (Adult)

    Here are some opportunities for camp adult participants outside of the daily class schedule.

  • Web Link Camperships

    Camperships are available to Scouts that may not have sufficient funds for Summer Camp.

  • Web Link Annual Health and Medical Form

    Annual health forms are required for all Scouts and Scouters that plan on attending Summer Camp.

  • Web Link Dietary and Allergy Form

     Form if you have any special dietary needs or food allergies.

  • Web Link Refund Request Form

    If a Scout has paid his fees for camp but is unable to participate in camp, Scouts can request a refund, less a $50.00 cancellation charge.  Forms must be submitted to the Council office no later than 12-days prior to attending camp.

  • Web Link Provisional Camper Application

    Can't go to camp with Troop 4?  Want to go to camp for an additional week?  If so, you can go to camp and be part of the Council's provisional Troop!

  • Web Link Two-week Camper Program

    Interested in an additional week of summer camp?  Scouts who choose to attend more than one week of camp can also take advantage of the two-week camper program.

    ATV e-Course which is required for all Scouts participating in ATV program
