Troop 4's Summer Court of Honor and Family Picnic. The Court of Honor is a ceremony that recognizes all Scouts and adult leaders for their accomplishments. As tradition holds, this will also be Troop 4's annual family picnic. All Scouts and their families are welcome to attend.
